The location was excellent, in the city center with easy access to tourist sites. The staff, especially the friendly Egyptian receptionist, were very nice. The coffee shop on the 6th floor was a nice perk.

Spent my Xmas at a hotel and it was quite an experience. Located in the heart of the city, I was able to access all the basic amenities of the city. The rooms were well furnished, offering modern facilities such as air conditioners and clean linen. the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, making it easy to connect with my loved ones back at home.
There were some things that didn't sit well with me. First, the staff seemed to be quite pushy and attempted to make me cancel my pre-booked reservation.

Spent my Christmas in the hotel and it was a wonderful experience. the location was superb, right at the center of the city, and I could easily access all the famous tourist attractions in minutes. the cozy rooms were well-furnished and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the view from the window was amazing and added to the overall Christmas spirit.
The hotel's small TV didn't meet my expectations, and their parking area was located up on a hill, making it hard to go back and forth. there were a lot of car noises which could be disturbing at times.
